About this report

This progress report provides a concise overview of the REWE Group’s commitment to sustainability in 2025. The reporting is based on the GRI Standards, which we have been applying for many years, whilst we are simultaneously working on implementing the future CSRD requirements.

Reporting period and scope
The reporting period corresponds to the 2025 financial year. Unless otherwise stated, the content relates to the REWE Group, with a focus on REWE and PENNY in Germany. In addition, information on the other sales lines – toom Baumarkt DIY store, Lekkerland, BILLA, BILLA PLUS, PENNY and ADEG in Austria, as well as the DERTOUR Group – has been included and is explicitly identified in each case.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) and governance
The sustainability indicators listed were compiled in accordance with internal reporting processes. No external audit has been carried out.
